Steele Rose & Co (SRC) were formed in

1997 by Arnold Harrison ACIB (previously a

Branch Manager and later a Director of

Lloyds TSB) and Mark Steele ASWW.

In September 1998 the company was

registered as Steele Rose & Co Limited and

Steele Rose & Co (Storage) Ltd was also

established.

Although the Parsonage in Salisbury remains the Registered Office and Head Office, in November 1998 the Steele Rose 'Operations Office' moved from the Parsonage to Heckfield House, Salisbury and there it remained until October 2001 when it moved to their present location at Dean's Farm.

Darren Steele ASWW joined the company in July 2001 and established the 'Cambridge Office' in August 2004 shortly after passing his IPW entry examination and attending the SWW will writer training course. Darren also attended the IPW training course in September 2007 and the SWW training course in May 2010 concerning the introduction of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the implications of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Joanna Milner A.PLL a licenced paralegal,

joined SRC in 2002 as a Legal Assistant

and was awarded the Higher Certificate in

Paralegal Studies in July 2008 and

achieved a distinction in Wills and Succession.

Dean Steele student member of STEP joined the

company in September 2009 and will

commence the Business Studies degree

programme in September 2010. Both Dean and

Darren attended the CLT Deputyship in the Court

of Protection course in 2009.

are Members or Affiliated Members of

the Society of Will Writers and some

prospective Consultants must now

provide a Police Access Request

Report, CV and references acceptable

to SRC before they join the company.
