Severance of Tenancy (if required)
Two Lasting Powers of Attorney (PA)
Two General Powers of Attorney
Price £770 + VAT (Save £50)
This service if provided to offer protection for the family home from assessment for future care fees and/or to secure the property for your children after second death.
The Powers of Attorney provide for your immediate requirements for someone you trust to act on your behalf in relation to your financial affairs and after registration of the LPA power to act if you no longer have the mental capacity to look after your own personal affairs.
