Appointments are at a time and place of the client's choice, evening and weekends included. The first appointment is to advise on estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation, protecting your estate from long term care fees and to take instructions for the Will. If appropriate, the consultant can explain associated legal services such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Severance of Tenancy, Advance Decisions, Trusts, Funeral Plans and the implications of the Community Care Act.

Once completed, the client's instructions are sent to the firm's head office where specialist Will Draftsmen prepare the documents. Within twenty-eight days of the first appointment, the consultant returns to the client to have the Will signed and witnessed, and to present a copy.
